House wash and exterior maintenance package deal
Regular maintenance on the exterior or your home will not only extend the life of the building materials, but will improve the look and potentially improve the value of your property.
Working at Heights Specialists offer a great package deal enabling you to get multiple services for one great price.
The package includes:
1. Check the roof. (If any roof repairs are required we can discuss the options with you as this isn't included in this package.)
2. Check and clean the gutters inside - we hand clean and then scrub with brushes (and we try to disconnect the downpipes first). Wash the outside of the gutter and downpipes.
3. Sweep off the dry cobwebs
4. Detergent spray the house and soft wash using a pressure washer. Soft broom the soffits and windows etc. (We take care with wooden sash windows.)
5. When everything is dry apply moss treatment to roof, valleys, pipes, sky dish etc - this treatment will last for 2 years, and we need a sunny day to apply it.
6. Apply a spider and fly treatment which will last for a year. We ensure this is done thoroughly, for example: inside porches, behind the bbq, in garages, on outdoor furniture, play areas, the wood pile etc.

Chimney removal and repairs
If you have a brick or block chimney that's not in use and you want to remove it, talk to us. Our team are experienced at taking down chimneys to either below roof level or floor level. We can carry out all fixes relating to tidying up after this including adding in a new piece of roof, and any repairs to flooring, cladding, or baseboards.
